Tickets & Passes
WHAT DOES MY FULL PASS INCLUDE?
It includes workshops for 3 days, Day & Night Parties, Pool party and shows.
WHAT DOES VIP PASS INCLUDE?
VIP Pass includes everything in the Full Pass plus the Opening Party on Wednesday, January 13, 2027, Pool Party, Cruise Party, and 2 Closing Parties (Monday and Tuesday parties). The VIP Pass covers all activities of the entire festival.
WHERE IS THE AFTER PARTY? IS IT INCLUDED IN FULL PASS?
No it is not included in full pass. There is an entry fee, except VIP pass.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE FESTIVAL MERCHANDISE LIKE T-SHIRTS?
Yes! You can pre-order merchandise such as t-shirts and other festival items. Merchandise can be ordered separately or added to your cart when purchasing tickets. Pre-ordered merchandise will be ready for pickup at the festival.
Venue & Location
WHEN IS REGISTRATION? WHERE DO I REGISTER?
Registration opens at 9:00 AM on Friday, January 15th at the Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke, Sukhumvit 21. This is the main venue for the festival.
WHERE IS THE MAIN FESTIVAL VENUE?
The main festival venue is Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke, located at Sukhumvit 21 in Bangkok, Thailand. This is where most of the festival activities take place from Friday through Sunday, including registration, workshops, shows, Jack & Jill competition, and social parties.
THOSE WHO HAVE BOOKED HOTEL, WHEN CAN THEY CHECK IN? WHERE IS THE FOOD ARRANGED?
Check-in: From 3:00 PM (15:00 HRS). Check-out: By 12:00 PM (12:00 HRS). Guests who have booked their accommodation through us will enjoy a complimentary daily breakfast at Atelier Restaurant.
Cruise Party
WHAT IS THE OPENING PARTY ON THE CRUISE?
The Opening Party Cruise will take place on Thursday, January 14, from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM, departing from the riverside. Please note that this is a separate ticketed event and is included only with the VIP Pass. All attendees are requested to arrive at the pier by 6:30 PM (18:30 HRS) to allow sufficient time for check-in and boarding. Late arrivals may not be able to board once the cruise has departed.
HOW TO GET TO THE CRUISE PARTY OPENING NIGHT?
There are two convenient ways to get to the pier: by taxi or via the BTS/MRT. We will share a detailed transportation guide, including directions and the nearest BTS/MRT stations, through our official communication channels. Please stay updated by following our Website, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
WHERE IS THE CRUISE BOARDING?
The exact departure pier at ICONSIAM will be announced soon. Please stay tuned to our Website, Facebook, and Instagram pages for the latest updates and detailed directions.
HOW LONG IS THE CRUISE?
Enjoy 4 hours of non-stop dancing across two floors, along with a complimentary international seafood buffet and exciting live entertainment and animations with TLE27 artists.
HOW MANY DANCE FLOORS AND ATTENDEES ON THE CRUISE?
This year, we expect 500–600 attendees to join us for an unforgettable night of dancing across two dance floors: Floor 1: Bachata & Salsa and Floor 2: Bachata & Kizomba.
IS THE CRUISE OPEN AIR?
One floor is Indoor with Air Conditioning, while the other is partially open-air and partially covered.
IS THE CRUISE MAINLY A DINNER EVENT?
Not at all! The focus is on DANCING. A complimentary international seafood buffet is served, but the majority of the space is dedicated to the dance floors.
IS THERE ON-SPOT ENTRY FOR THE CRUISE? ARE ARTISTS ONBOARD?
No on-spot entry — Pre-booking is required! Over 50 artists will be onboard to make it even more special.
Events & Activities
WHAT ARE THE WORKSHOP TIMINGS DURING THE FESTIVAL?
Workshops run from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday and Saturday (Jan 16-17), and from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday (Jan 18). Additional workshops are available on Wednesday and Monday evenings at different venues.
IS THE WEDNESDAY EVENT FREE?
Yes! The event on Wednesday, January 13th at Brewski Rooftop Beer Bar has Free Entry. It includes two workshops (7-9 PM) followed by a social party (9 PM - 1 AM).
WHAT ARE AFTERNOON SOCIALS?
Afternoon Socials are dance sessions held from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Friday and Saturday at the Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke. These provide an opportunity to practice and socialize between workshops and evening shows.
WHERE IS THE POOL PARTY?
The Pool Party takes place on Sunday, January 17th from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke. It's a fun, relaxed afternoon event included in the Full Pass.
WHAT IS JACK & JILL?
Jack & Jill is a dance competition held on Sunday, January 17th from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM at the Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke. It's a fun competition where partners are randomly paired. Check the Jack & Jill page for registration details.
WHERE ARE THE CLOSING PARTIES?
